研究目的：

主要目的：探索针刺治疗声带小结的机制，探索将喉肌血氧饱和度监测作为特异性指标的可行性，为辨证取穴针刺治疗慢喉瘖（声带小结）的临床应用提供高质量的研究证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the mechanism of acupuncture on vocal nodules,and explore the feasibility of monitoring laryngeal muscle oxygen saturation as a specific outcome,and providing high-quality research evidence for the clinical application of acupuncture point selection based on syndrome differentiation on vocal cord nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合西医声带小结的诊断标准；
2.符合声带小结（痰凝血瘀型）中医证候诊断标准；
3.年龄在19－55岁之间，性别不限；
4.受试者自愿参加本研究，能充分理解本研究的过程及参与本试验的相关获益和可能的风险，并在知情同意书上签字者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for vocal cord nodules;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes of vocal cord nodules (phlegm coagulation and blood stasis type);
3. Aged 19 to 55 years, gender is not limited;
4. The subjects voluntarily participate in this study, fully understand the process of this study and the related benefits and possible risks of participating in this trial, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.丧失自主能力者；
2.近期有外感的受试者；
3.合并有严重的原发性心血管、肺、肾、肝、神经、血液病的受试者；
4.近1周或正在接受全身或局部激素治疗的受试者；
5.患有哮喘、神经系统疾病及听力障碍的受试者；
6.晕针或不能接受针刺受试者；
7.妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
8.有精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have lost their autonomy;
2. Subjects with recent exogenous symptoms;
3. Subjects with severe primary cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver, nerve, and blood diseases;
4. Subjects who are receiving systemic or topical hormone therapy in the past 1 week;
5. Subjects with asthma, neurological diseases and hearing impairment;
6. Subjects who are dizzy or unable to accept acupuncture;
7. Pregnant and lactating women;
8. Those with mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表：①数据采集：1）第1次数据采集：入组前，患者在成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊填写病例观察表（包括基本情况、VHI-10、慢喉瘖中医症状体征评分表），并行纤维喉镜检查、喉肌血氧饱和度监测、嗓音声学分析、GRBAS评估；2）第2、3次数据采集：治疗4周时及治疗结束后15天时患者在成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊进行数据采集，具体内容同第1次数据采集。②数据管理：对每一项操作、检查的结果都进行真实准确的书面记录。我们专门建立临床项目试验文件夹，所有患者数据进行统一保存管理，均按项目号编号独立保存在临床项目试验文件夹的独立分隔中，文件夹放置在档案室有锁的储藏柜中，钥匙由专人保管，患者数据保存管理遵循保密原则，若文件达到GCP法规保存期限，由两人负责销毁以互相监督。 2.电子采集和管理系统：本研究采用四川嘉旭科技有限公司研发的“CDUTCM临研”受试者管理微信小程序管理受试者。患者通过扫描二维码入组，并通过受试者管理微信小程序接收针刺治疗提醒和其他课题信息，患者还可以通过受试者管理微信小程序与研究者取得联系，在出现不良反应时接受研究者及时的指导和帮助。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Case Record Form(CRF):① Data collection:1) The first data collection:Before enrollment, patients filled out a CRF(includes: Basic information, VHI - 10, TCM symptom and sign scale) at the otolaryngology Clinic of The Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，and go through the fibrolaryngoscope,Laryngeal muscle blood oxygen saturation monitoring,Acoustic analysis of voice,GRBAS scale；2)The second and third data collection:At 4 weeks of treatment and 15 days after completion of treatment,patients come to the otolaryngology Clinic of The Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to do the data collection,specific content is the same as the first data collection. ② Data management:For each operation and examination results ,they are truthful and accurate recorded. We set up clinical test items folder, and all data of the patients are unified management, and numbered according to the clinical item number, independent stored in the clinical test items folder independently. The folder will be placed in the the archives room and locked in a cabinet.And the keys of the cabinet will be special custody. Patient data storage and management follow the principle of confidentiality, if the data files reaches the period of retention prescribed by GCP laws and regulations，two people will be assigned to d estroy the data files for supervision.
