研究目的：

主要目的：研究假设高水平的炎症生物标志物与喘息反复发作的高风险密切相关，选取痰液中的嗜酸性粒细胞水平、血清EDN（嗜酸性粒细胞来源的神经毒素）水平、以及呼出一氧化氮水平作为监测患儿气道炎症的手段，探索炎症生物标志物预测患儿后期出现复发性喘息以及发展成为哮喘的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The study hypothesized that high levels of inflammatory biomarkers were closely related to the high risk of repeated wheezing attacks, and selected the levels of eosinophils in sputum, serum EDN (Eosinophil-derived neurotoxin), and exhaled nitric oxide levels as means of monitoring inflammation in the airways of children, to explore the possibility of inflammatory biomarkers predicting recurrent wheezing and asthma in children later in life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2022.01-2022.03 在我院小儿呼吸科住院治疗的患儿；
2.年龄范围为：0-3岁的婴幼儿；
3.经过医师诊断为下呼吸道感染疾病如毛细支气管炎、社区获得性肺炎等疾病的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1, Children hospitalized in the pediatric respiratory department of our hospital between 2022.01-2022.03;
2, Aged 0 to 3 years;
3, The patient was diagnosed as lower respiratory tract infections such as capillary bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia and other diseases.

排除标准：

1.拒绝同意参与研究者；
2.患有先天性气道发育异常或者后天慢性气道疾病患儿；
3.有重大系统性疾病的患儿；
4.患有气道异物的患儿；
5.在烟草环境中生活的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to agree to participate in the researcher;
2. Children with congenital airway dysplasia or acquired chronic airway disease;
3. Children with major systemic diseases;
4. Children with airway foreign bodies;
5. Children living in a tobacco environment.
