研究目的：

主要目的： 1.了解儿童的心理健康的状况，探讨儿童与父母在心理健康状况上之关联性并找出影响儿童心理健康之因素； 2.着力于发展儿童学习焦虑与学习适应情绪的亲师生三方配对量表，利用亲师三方配对方法揭示家庭因素和学校因素对小学生学习焦虑与学习适应产生的重要影响，探索性发现可较大程度影响孩子学习焦虑与学习适应情绪的家庭特质和学校因素并提出对策与建议。为后续设计儿童行为与家庭教养模式干预试验提供实证依据； 3.结合本团队前期研发产品及干预活动经验，以仅针对儿童和家庭互动形式开展一些帮助家长及孩子促进家庭和谐与身心健康的教学活动，并搭配量表测评干预效果，切实引导儿童心理健康促进，缓解其学习焦虑，倡导发挥儿童在家庭中的作用，促进家庭幸福健康。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To understand the state of children's mental health, to explore the correlation between children's and parents' mental health status and to identify the factors affecting children's mental health. 2. To develop a parent-teacher-student dyadic scale for children's learning anxiety and learning adjustment; to use the parent-teacher dyadic method to reveal the important influence of family and school factors on elementary school children's learning anxiety and learning adjustment; to explore and identify family traits and school factors that can influence children's learning anxiety and learning adjustment to a greater extent; and to propose countermeasures and recommendations. To provide an empirical basis for the subsequent design of an intervention trial on child behavior and family parenting patterns. 3. Combining our team's experience in developing products and intervention activities, we will conduct some teaching activities to help parents and children promote family harmony and physical and mental health in the form of interaction with children and families only, and measure the intervention effects with scales to effectively guide children's mental health promotion, alleviate their learning anxiety, advocate the role of children in the family, and promote family happiness and health.

纳入标准：

厦门市演武小学的一年级、及厦门市鼓浪屿人民小学全校的一至六年级的共计12个班级的全体学生以及学生家长。

Inclusion criteria

All the students and their parents from the first grade of Xiamen Yanwu Primary School and the first to sixth grade of Xiamen Gulangyu People's Primary School.

排除标准：

1.家长未签署知情同意书之学生；
2.厦大延时创意幸福课缺课之学生。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Students whose parents have not signed the informed consent form;
2. Students who are absent from Xiamen University's delayed creative happiness class.
