研究目的：

主要目的： 1.描述乳腺癌患者不同时间点社会疏离现状并分析其原因； 2.构建乳腺癌患者社会疏离变化轨迹模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Describe the current status of social distancing in breast cancer patients at different time points and analyze its causes; 2. To construct a trajectory model of social distancing changes in breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.女性；
2.年龄18~60岁；
3.经病理穿刺活检诊断为乳腺癌并拟行手术的患者；
4.意识清楚，能以文字或语言沟通，表达清晰且能配合完成问卷；
5.病人自愿参与本研究，并同意接受出院后的随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female;
2. Aged 18 to 60 years;
3. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer by pathological needle biopsy and planning to undergo surgery;
4. Clear awareness, able to communicate in writing or language, express clearly and cooperate in completing the questionnaire;
5. The patients voluntarily participated in this study and agreed to be followed up after discharge.

排除标准：

1.乳腺癌复发；
2.有其他严重伴随疾病：如其他癌症、心肺功能不全；
3.确诊时已发生远处转移。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Breast cancer recurrence;
2. Other serious concomitant diseases: such as other cancers, cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
3. Distant metastasis has occurred at the time of diagnosis.
