研究目的：

本研究分别对单纯AIDS、单纯梅毒以及两者合并感染的三组视网膜炎患者的血清和房水进行TP明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）和快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验（RPR）检测梅毒感染，比较三组血清和房水中TPPA、RPR差异，以及合并感染患者治疗前后RPR滴度的变化，血清和房水中RPR滴度变化的相关性，寻求灵敏的眼内检测指标，为AIDS合并梅毒性视网膜炎患者的眼部感染提供了新的检测手段，也为精准诊疗提供了新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, TP gelatin particle agglutination test (TPPA) and rapid plasma reagin ring card test (RPR) were used to detect syphilis infection in serum tears and aqueous humor of three groups of retinitis patients with simple AIDS, simple syphilis, and the two co-infections, respectively. By comparing the differences of TPPA and RPR in serum tears and aqueous humor, the changes of RPR titers before and after treatment in patients with co-infection, and the correlation between the changes of RPR titers in serum and aqueous humor, a sensitive intraocular detection index was sought for AIDS complicated with syphilis Eye infections in patients with retinitis provide new detection methods and new ideas for precise diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①在我院感染科确诊的AIDS、梅毒患者；②在眼科明确诊断有AIDS合并梅毒性视网膜炎患者、单独AIDS合并视网膜炎患者、单独梅毒合并视网膜炎患者；③签署前房穿刺的知情同意书；④必要时进行全身驱梅和全身抗病毒治疗，同时合并眼科对症治疗。

Inclusion criteria

①A patient with AIDS and syphilis diagnosed in the infectious disease department of our hospital; ②A patient with AIDS combined with syphilitic retinitis, a patient with AIDS combined with retinitis alone, and a patient with syphilis combined with retinitis were clearly diagnosed in the ophthalmology department; ③Signed the informed consent for anterior chamber puncture 4. If necessary, perform systemic expelling plum and systemic antiviral therapy, and combine symptomatic ophthalmology treatment at the same time.

排除标准：

①有内眼手术或眼内激光史；②青光眼；③近期有全身和（或）眼睛局部使用糖皮质激素类药物者；④既往合并其他眼底疾病；⑤AIDS引起的除梅毒外的其他感染。

Exclusion criteria：

①A history of intraocular surgery or intraocular laser; ②Glaucoma; ③A recent systemic and/or topical use of glucocorticoids;④ Previously complicated with other fundus diseases; ⑤ Other infections caused by AIDS except syphilis.
