研究目的：

1、确定眼化学伤患者结膜杯状细胞和黏蛋白水平的变化轨迹； 2、明确3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液能否减轻患者主观症状以及加快眼表各类细胞的修复； 3、确定3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液是否能够减少眼化学伤患者出现远期并发症的机率以及减轻这些并发症的程度；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the change trajectory of conjunctival goblet cells and mucin levels in patients with chemical eye injury; 2. To determine whether 3% dexamethoxol sodium eye drops can reduce subjective symptoms of patients and accelerate the repair of various cells on the eye surface; 3. Determine whether 3% diquafloxol sodium eye drops can reduce the rate of long-term complications and the degree of these complications in patients with chemical eye injury;

纳入标准：

Ⅰ-Ⅱ级眼化学伤，年龄40-60岁

Inclusion criteria

Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ ocular chemical injury, aged 40-60 years

排除标准：

就诊时存在明显的角膜感染、角膜溶解、高眼压、泪囊炎、眼内炎症以及合并糖尿病、全身免疫性疾病等

Exclusion criteria：

There were obvious corneal infection, corneal lysis, ocular hypertension, dacryocystitis, intraocular inflammation, diabetes mellitus, systemic immune diseases and so on
