研究目的：

探索品味技术对终末期癌症主要照护者正性情绪的促进效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the promoting effect of taste technology on positive emotions of primary caregivers of end-stage cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合终末期癌症患者（均经病理学或组织细胞学确诊为癌症，TNM 分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期，或存在远处转移；预计生存周期≥6个月）的主要照顾者；
②是患者的父母、子女、配偶、亲友等；
③每天照顾时间≥8h 者，并累计≥1个月者；
③年龄≥18周岁，≤65周岁者;
④有良好沟通及表达能力;
⑤对本研究知情同意且自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with end-stage cancer (all patients were diagnosed with cancer by pathology or histopathology, TNM stage ⅲ and ⅳ, or distant metastasis; Expected life span ≥6 months);
② is the patient's parents, children, spouse, relatives and friends;
③ Care time ≥8h per day, and accumulated ≥1 month;
③ Persons aged ≥18 and ≤65;
(4) Good communication and expression skills;
⑤ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①领取报酬者；②合并心肌梗死、心力衰竭等严重影响心理健康和生活质量的疾病；③既往有精神病史；④近期（≤2个月）发生离异、丧亲等生活事件者；⑤既往接受过心理干预，可能影响调查结果者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Remunerator; ② Complicated with myocardial infarction, heart failure and other diseases that seriously affect mental health and quality of life; ③ Have a history of mental illness; (4) recently (≤2 months) have been divorced, bereavement and other life events; ⑤ Those who have received psychological intervention in the past may affect the survey results.
