研究目的：

我们进行了一项回顾性研究，目的是观察70岁以上患者PORD的发生率及其对冠脉搭桥近期和远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted a retrospective study and the purpose of this study is to observe the incidence of PORD in patients over 70 years old and its impact on the short-term and long-term prognosis of CABG.

纳入标准：

本回顾性队列研究收集了于2005年1月至2019年1月在江苏省人民医院(JSPH)和上海市胸科医院(SHCH)两家医疗中心开展CABG手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

This retrospective cohort study was from two medical centers, JiangSu People Hospital (JSPH) and ShangHai Chest Hospital (SHCH), between January 2005 and January 2019.

排除标准：

(一)年龄在七十周岁以下;(2)与其他心脏手术同时进行;(3)病历特别是Scr缺失;(4)术前Scr高于正常值上限。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) age less than 70 years; (2) with other cardiac procedure at the same time; (3) absence of medical records especially Scr; (4) preoperative Scr above the upper limit of normal value.
