研究目的：

在Kennedy I、II类牙列缺损患者中，通过患者随机对照比较种植体支持式可摘局部义齿与传统可摘局部义齿4周时的咀嚼效率的差异  

Objectives of Study：

In Kennedy Class I and II dentition defect patients, the masticatory efficiency of implant supported removable partial denture and traditional removable partial denture were compared at 4 weeks

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在35-70周岁之间，性别不限
2.KennedyⅠ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损患者
3.游离端缺失区骨质和骨量满足植入直径3.5mm，长度8.0mm以上的种植体
4.受试者依从性良好，能保证试验期间按时就诊

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 35-70 years old, regardless of gender

2. Kennedy patients with class I and II dentition defects

3. The bone mass and bone mass in the free end missing area meet the requirements of implant with diameter of 3.5mm and length of more than 8.0mm

4. The subjects have good compliance and can ensure timely treatment during the trial

排除标准：

1.身心健康问题妨碍种植体后期维护
2.存在种植手术禁忌症
3.严重的颌骨差异
4.严重夜磨牙习惯
5.滥用毒品或酒精的人
6.重度吸烟者
7.接受放疗或者化疗者
8.采用类固醇激素，免疫抑制剂或双膦酸盐长期治疗者，
9.胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者和未控制的糖尿病患者
10.慢性肾脏病或肝病患者
11.全身和局部骨代谢性疾病 严重的心肺疾病
12.血友病患者或者有细菌性心内膜炎危险的人
13.免疫受损患者，包括HIV患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Physical and mental health problems hinder the later maintenance of implants

2. There are contraindications to implant surgery

3. Severe jaw differences

4. Severe night molar habit

5. People who abuse drugs or alcohol

6. Heavy smokers

7. Those receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy

8. Long term treatment with steroids, immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates,

9. insulin dependent diabetes patients and uncontrolled diabetes patients

10. Patients with chronic kidney disease or liver disease

11. Systemic and local bone metabolic diseases serious cardiopulmonary diseases

12. Hemophilia or people at risk of bacterial endocarditis

13. Immunocompromised patients, including HIV patients
