Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of pressure control ventilation mode on bronchial mucus delivery speed in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors

纳入标准：

所有计划在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院接受择期腹腔镜妇科肿瘤切除术的患者,年龄40-75岁，美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)身体状况I-II。

Inclusion criteria

All patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic gynecologic tumor resection at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine were evaluated as eligible. Inclusion criteria included age 40 to 75 years and American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II.

排除标准：

有呼吸道系统疾病及手术史、吸烟史或近期使用过已知影响BTV(肾上腺素受体拮抗剂、激素、抗胆碱能药物、茶碱和儿茶酚胺预计有气道困难、特异反应、)的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

included patients with a history of respiratory disease and surgery, smoking history, or recent use known to affect BTV(adrenoceptor antagonists, hormones, anticholinergic drugs, theophylline, and catecholamines expected to have airway difficulties, atopy, and so on).
