研究目的：

1.评价八段锦对社区居民的亚健康、代谢综合征、颈椎不适、抗跌倒等生理机能及生活质量的干预效果； 2.探索出安全有效的亚健康、代谢综合征、颈椎病及提高抗跌倒风险的防治手段。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the intervention effect of Baduanjin on sub-health, metabolic syndrome, cervical discomfort, fall resistance and other physiological functions and quality of life of community residents; 2. To explore safe and effective prevention and treatment methods for sub-health, metabolic syndrome, cervical spondylosis and improving the risk of falling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁以上；
2.无重大疾病，或基础病控制稳定；
3.日常生活没有练习健身气功及其他规律体育锻炼；
4.主动配合研究并坚持完成研究；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >18 years;
2. No major diseases, or stable control of underlying diseases;
3. Not practicing fitness Qigong and other regular physical exercises in daily life;
4. Actively cooperate with the research and insist on completing the research;
5. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（2）处在脊柱相关疾病发作期；
（3）有发热或其他全身或局部感染者；
（4）一年内进行手术或孕妇；
（5）有严重的视力障碍或患有心、脑、肺部疾病及肿瘤、出血倾向等具有潜在风险者；
（6）无法配合研究或拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
(2) In the onset of spinal-related diseases;
(3) Those with fever or other systemic or local infections;
(4) Surgery within one year or pregnant women;
(5) Those with severe visual impairment or have heart, brain, lung diseases, tumors, bleeding tendencies, etc. with potential risks;
(6) Those who are unable to cooperate with the research or refuse to sign the informed consent form.

由于功法练习的特殊性，无法对研究参与者及功法指导者设盲，故采用对评估者设盲，各类量表评分由不知道分组情况的同一医师专人负责，关节活动度测量及红外热成像图像采集由不知道分组情况的同一医师专人负责，避免偏倚。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of the exercises, it is impossible to blind the study participants and the practitioners, so the evaluators are blinded, the scores of various scales are responsible for the same physician who does not know the grouping, and the joint motion measurement and infrared thermal imaging image acquisition are responsible for the same physician who does not know the grouping situation to avoid bias.
