研究目的:

明确影像学相关参数对步态特征的影响价值,探究影像学技术对智能化步态识别系统的替代价值,并明确影像学技术对脑小血管病相关步态障碍的诊断及预后的评估价值。  

Objectives of Study:

To clarify the influence value of imaging related parameters on gait characteristics, to explore the alternative value of imaging technology for intelligent gait recognition system, and to clarify the evaluation value of imaging technology for the diagnosis and prognosis of gait disorders related to small cerebral vascular disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

要求年龄在≥60 周岁、≤85 周岁之间。
既往无明确的脑卒中发作史,且 1 年内头颅 MRI 发现以下至少一项(根据 STRIVE 标准):(1)推测为血管源性的腔梗:定义为皮层下圆形或卵圆形、直径 3~15m 的富含液体的腔灶,T2-FLAIR 上表现为中心低信号、不规则边缘高信号,中心信号与脑脊液相仿,分布与穿支动脉供血区域一致。(2)推测为血管源性的脑白质高信号:定义为白质区(脑室周围或皮层下)大小各异的信号异常灶,T2-FLAIR 上高信号或 CT 上低密度,信号与脑脊液不同。要求 Fazekas量表得分≥0 分。

Inclusion criteria

Requires age between ≥60 and ≤85.
There is no clear history of stroke attacks in the past, and at least one of the following (according to the STRIVE criteria) :(1) has been found to be a vasogenic luminal infarction within 1 year: defined as a subcortical round or oval, fluid-rich foci with a diameter of 3 to 15 m, with a central low signal, irregular marginal hyperinsity, a central signal similar to cerebrospinal fluid, and a distribution consistent with the perforatum blood supply area. (2) Presumed vascular leukoplasm hyperinflorum: defined as a lesion of different sizes in the white matter area (per ventricle or subcortical), high signal on T2-FLAIR or low density on CT, the signal is different from cerebrospinal fluid. The Fazekas scale is required to score ≥0 points.

排除标准:

合并其他中枢及周围神经系统疾病及骨关节病导致的步态障碍,或者合并严重心脑血管疾病,或者有严重的视听力障碍 失语精神障碍或认知功能障碍等将予以排除。

Exclusion criteria:

Gait disorders caused by other central and peripheral nervous system diseases and bone and joint diseases, or serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or serious visual and hearing disorders, aphasia, mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction will be excluded.
