研究目的：

本研究的目的为探索miR-138是否能够明显抑制YAP、WWTR1从而抑制卵巢癌干细胞的干性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore whether miR-138 could significantly inhibit YAP and WWTR1, thereby inhibiting the stemness of ovarian cancer stem cells.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)初治III-IV期卵巢癌病人；2)组织学证实为高级别浆液性卵巢癌伴腹水；3)术前评估需进行（且患者计划进行）腹腔穿刺抽腹水或手术切除肿瘤组织；4)已签署临床研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV ovarian cancer;2) Histologically confirmed high-grade serous ovarian cancer with ascites;3) Through preoperative evaluation, patients need to undergo (and plan to perform) paracentesis to extract ascites or surgically remove tumor tissue;4) The patients have signed the informed consent for clinical research.

排除标准：

非入选标准外的任何其它原发肿瘤病人。

Exclusion criteria：

Any other primary tumor patients not included in the inclusion criteria.
