研究目的：

观察预防性应用艾司氯胺酮对分娩镇痛自然分娩产后抑郁状态的效果，评估艾司氯胺酮的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of prophylactic esketamine on labor analgesia and spontaneous postpartum depression, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of esketamine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴ ASA I或II级；
⑵ 年龄20~45岁；
⑶ BMI 18.5~30 kg/m2；
⑷ 足月、单胎、头位产妇；
⑸ 要求分娩镇痛者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA I or II;
(2) Age 20-45 years old;
⑶ BMI 18.5~30 kg/m2;
(4) Full-term, singleton, cephalic puerpera;
(5) Willing to request labor analgesia.

排除标准：

⑴ 艾司氯胺酮使用禁忌证（如高血压患者）；
⑵ 一周内应用镇静催眠、镇痛、抗抑郁药物者；
⑶ 有药物滥用史者；
⑷ 有其他精神类疾病史；
⑸ 有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍等

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Contraindications to the use of esketamine (e. g. hypertensive patients);
(2) The application of sedative, hypnotic, analgesic and antidepressant drugs within one week;
(3) Persons with a history of drug abuse;
(4) History of other mental diseases;
(5) Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction
