分析合并铁过载的血液病患者铁代谢指标，肝脏、心脏、胰腺等脏器铁含量对器官功能及疾病的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the iron metabolism indexes of hemopathy patients combined with iron overload, and the influence of iron content in liver, heart and pancreas on the function of these organs and their own diseases.

纳入标准：

长期输血依赖或合并铁代谢异常的血液病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Hemopathy patients with long-term blood transfusion dependence or abnormal iron metabolism.

排除标准：

合并严重感染，非血液系统恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe infection and non hematological malignancies.
