Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of plateau pressure-limited low tidal volume mechanical ventilation after positive end expiratory pressure on postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing abdominal surgery

纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师协会健康状态分级（ASA）1-2级
年龄在18~75岁之间，在全身麻醉下接受腹部择期手术且时间大于2小时

Inclusion criteria

American Society of anesthesiologists health status rating (ASA) 1-2
Aged between 18 and 75 years old, undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia for more than 2 hours

排除标准：

拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者；严重心脏、肾脏或肝脏疾病等；慢性阻塞性肺疾病，胸壁畸形或有胸部手术史的患者；体重指数(BMI)<18 kg/m2或>30 kg/m2；患者近 4 周有上呼吸道感染症状或肺部感染症状疾病，胸部 X 片或CT提示肺炎；手术时间<2h；

Exclusion criteria：

Those who refuse to participate in the experiment and do not sign the informed consent form; Serious heart, kidney or liver diseases; Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chest wall deformity or a history of chest surgery; Body mass index (BMI) < 18kg / m2 or > 30kg / m2; The patient had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection in recent 4 weeks, and chest X-ray or CT showed pneumonia; Operation time < 2H;
