研究目的：

1.对不同病理（正常、炎症、低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变、m1、m2、m3）的食管黏膜病变淋巴管形态进行参数测量及分析； 2.分析淋巴管参数规律，尝试建立淋巴管分型标准； 3.评价淋巴管分型标准的诊断效能，并与JES AB分型作比较。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To measure objective parameters of different esophageal mucosal lesions(normal, inflammation, low grade dysplasia, high grade dysplasia, m1,m2, and m3). 2.To analyze the objective parameters of different lesions, find the subtle pattern of the lymphatic morphology, and try to establish a classification criteria based on that pattern. 3.To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the criteria.

纳入标准：

所有2021年11月至2022年7月间获取的食管黏膜淋巴管图像

Inclusion criteria

All lymphatic images acquired between November 2021 and July 2022.

排除标准：

1.无淋巴管结构的图像；
2.无法辨识淋巴管结构的图像；

Exclusion criteria：

1.images without lymphatic structure;
2.images with lymphatic structure, but cannot be clearly identified.
