研究目的：

利用机器学习算法，结合临床多维度综合数据特征，构建多模态特征和多分类器融合的腰椎退行性疾病患者预后预测模型，获得对于腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效预测较为精确的模型，并通过纳入维度的对比，探索中医证候对疾病预测的实际意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Using machine learning algorithm, combined with clinical multi-dimensional comprehensive data features, a prognosis prediction model for patients with lumbar degenerative diseases was constructed based on multimodal features and multiple classifiers, and a more accurate model for predicting the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation was obtained. Through the comparison of dimensions, the practical significance of TCM syndromes for disease prediction was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合2020年《腰椎间盘突出症诊疗指南》腰椎间盘突出症西医诊断标准的患者；
（2）符合腰椎退行性疾病中医证候诊断标准，能完整采集中医辨证分型的临床症状、舌象、脉象等的患者；
（3）年龄大于18岁，民族、性别、婚姻状况不限；
（4）入选者愿意接受调查并签署知情同意书；
（5）能够配合完成相关检查项目、病史资料可信的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the Western diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation in the 2020 Diagnosis and Treatment Guide for Lumbar Disc Herniation;
(2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes of lumbar degenerative diseases and can completely collect the clinical symptoms, tongue conditions, pulse conditions, etc. of TCM syndrome differentiation;
(3) Age above 18, regardless of nationality, gender or marital status;
(4) The candidates are willing to accept the investigation and sign the informed consent form;
(5) Patients who can cooperate in completing relevant examination items and reliable medical history data.

排除标准：

（1）合并骨折、强直性脊柱炎、脊柱畸形、肿瘤、结核、感染等疾病；
（2）患有严重心肺功能障碍等严重疾病；
（3）不能完整采集中医辨证分型的临床症状、舌象、脉象；
（4）言无障碍无法沟通；精神疾病类患者；
（5）妊娠妇女；
（6）不同意参加未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal deformity, tumor, tuberculosis, infection and other diseases;
(2) Suffering from severe heart and lung dysfunction and other serious diseases;
(3) The clinical symptoms, tongue conditions and pulse conditions of TCM syndrome differentiation can not be collected completely;
(4) Unable to communicate without speech barrier; Patients with mental diseases;
(5) Pregnant women;
(6) Patients who do not agree to participate in the informed consent form.
