研究目的：

1)首先,本课题以知识转化理论为指导，构建中国农村居民自行服用抗菌药物的干预理论模型; 2)然后,通过整群随机对照试验评价综合性教育干预措施的有效性，即干预可以减少农村居民自行服用抗菌药物发生率，并提高他们对合理使用抗菌药物的认知; 3)最终，形成可推广的干预实践方案，从而为大范围抗菌药物合理使用的干预项目提供理论支撑和实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1）Firstly, based on the theory of knowledge transformation, this study will construct an intervention theory model of self-medication with antibiotics for rural residents in China; 2）Then, a cluster randomized controlled trial will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive educational interventions that could reduce the incidence of self-medication with antibiotics among rural residents and improve their awareness of the rational use of antibiotics; 3）Finally, a practical intervention program that can be popularized is formed, so as to provide theoretical support and empirical evidence for intervention projects of rational use of antibiotics in a wide range.

纳入标准：

1）具有当地户籍的常住居民（居住或生活满6个月以上）；
2）男性或女性均可，年龄18-65岁的居民；
3）具有正常的认知、理解和沟通能力的居民；
4）签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究的居民。

Inclusion criteria

1) Permanent residents with local household registration (living for more than 6 months);
2) Male or female residents aged 18-65 years;
3) Residents with normal cognitive, understanding and communication skills;
4) Residents who sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1）项目开始6个月内会发生居住地改变的居民；
2）有精神和认知障碍的居民；
3）有免疫系统疾病、影响药物使用的遗传性疾病的居民。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Residents who will change their residence within 6 months from the beginning of this study;
2) Residents with mental and cognitive impairment;
3) Residents with diseases of the immune system and hereditary diseases that affect drug use.

随机化将通过使用R (V.3.5.1)编写的计算机程序实施。本研究将从河南省禹州市的26个镇中随机抽取4个镇，从每个镇随机抽取2个村。采用整群抽样方法，将抽中的2个村随机分配到干预组和对照组。另外，按照样本量计算，每个村需要抽取100个研究对象。我们将从抽中村的村委会获取人口基本信息，随机抽取100户家庭，然后从每户家庭符合条件的家庭成员中随机抽取1个研究对象，直到抽完所有研究对象。

Randomisation will be conducted by using a computer program written in R (V.3.5.1). In this study, four towns will be randomly selected from 26 towns in Yuzhou, Henan province, and 2 villages will be randomly selected from each selected town. Cluster sampling will be used to randomly assign 2 villages

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用调查问卷进行基线和干预后数据的采集，内容包括：基本情况，知识、态度、自服药行为及相关影响因素。收集的数据信息将双录入存入Epidata 软件中，并导入SAS 9.4进行分析。试验结束后，数据将长期存储在本研究组的数据库中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Baseline and post-intervention data were collected using a questionnaire, which included basic information, knowledge, attitudes, self-medication with antibiotics, and related influencing factors. The collected data information was entered into Epidata software and imported into SAS 9.4 for analysis. After the end of the experiment, the data will be stored in the database of our research group for a long time.
