研究目的：

通过单细胞测序技术能够检测到IgG4-ROD与眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤外周血和眼部病变组织的细胞亚群分类特点，尤其是免疫细胞亚型分类的异同，以及确定这两种不同疾病在同一种类型的免疫细胞中的差异基因表达情况和聚焦的信号通路特点，同时通过验证这些在IgG4-ROD与眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤全血或眼眶受累组织中筛选出的分子靶点、不同细胞标志物及免疫调节因子的表达水平，可能发现新的诊疗标志物，为进一步规范诊断、观察病情变化及提出新的治疗靶点和治疗方案提供理论依据，同时在一定程度上揭示二者的关系，为疾病的诊疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Single-cell sequencing technique can be used to detect the classification characteristics of cell subsets in peripheral blood and ocular lesions of IgG4-ROD and ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma, especially the similarities and differences of immune cell subtypes, and to determine the differential gene expression and focused signal pathway characteristics of the two diseases in the same type of immune cells. At the same time, by verifying the expression levels of molecular targets, different cellular markers and immunomodulatory factors screened from the whole blood or orbital involved tissues of IgG4-ROD and ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma, new diagnostic and therapeutic markers may be found, which will provide a theoretical basis for further standardizing diagnosis, observing disease changes and proposing new therapeutic targets and therapeutic schemes, and reveal the relationship between them to a certain extent. To provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

纳入标准：

纳入诊断为IgG4-ROD及眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤患者的病理组织标本和（或）外周血标本进行单细胞RNA测序实验及基础分子实验分析。

Inclusion criteria

The pathological tissue samples and/or peripheral blood samples of patients with IgG4-ROD and ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma were included for single-cell RNA sequencing and basic molecular analysis.
