研究目的：

评价冷冻胚胎移植前碘油宫腔灌注对反复种植失败患者的临床结局影响，为反复种植失败患者提供一种临床治疗的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lipiodol uterine bathing on FET progonosis of Recurrent Implantation Failure patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄20-40岁，女性；
2. 有自发月经周期；
3. 经历了3 次及以上胚胎移植周期，且累积移植了至少4 枚卵裂期优质胚胎或者3枚优质囊胚而未能获得临床妊娠；
4. 仍有优质胚胎，拟冻胚移植。
5. 理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 40 years females;
2. With spontaneous menstrual cycle;
3. Experienced three or more fresh or thaw ET cycles, at least 4 high-quality embryos at cleavage stage or 3 high-quality blastocysts were transferred and no clinical pregnancy was achieved.
4. There were still high-quality frozen embryos available for implantation.
5. Agreement and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 存在已知明确存在影响胚胎种植的子宫因素,如重度宫腔粘连，中隔子宫、使宫腔变形的子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生症、子宫恶性肿瘤，输卵管积水，子宫腺肌病，子宫内膜异位症等；
2. 双方染色体异常,经遗传咨询后认为影响胚胎发育与种植，男方严重少弱精；
3. 甲状腺功能亢进及其它对碘过敏情况；
4. 停经尚未排除妊娠者；
5. 严重心、肺疾患；未控制的高血压，糖尿病，肥胖(BMI≥28)等；
6. 灌注前3天内体温高于37.5℃；
7. 研究者判断患有严重影响妊娠的疾病，如黄体功能不足、甲状腺功能障碍、多囊卵巢综合征、生殖道感染、子宫或宫颈出血；
8. 研究者判断任何不稳定的或可能危及受试者安全性及其对研究的依从性的状况；
9. 研究者认为不适合采用此方案治疗的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known factors that exactly affects embryo implantation, such as severe uterine adhesions, septum uterus, uterine leiomyoma, endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, uterine malignant tumors, hydrosalpinx, Adenomyosis and endometriosis, et al;
2. Anyone couples with chromosome abnormalities, which were considered interfering the development and implantation of embryos by genetic consultants; or male with seriously weak sperms;
3. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypersensitivity to iodine;
4. Any women amenorrhea but not yet ruled out pregnancy;
5. Severe heart and lung disease; uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes and obesity (BMI >= 28);
6. The body temperature was higher than 37.5 degree C during the last 3 days before perfusion,;
7. Patients with serious pregnancy-related diseases such as luteal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, polycystic ovary syndrome, reproductive tract infection, uterine or cervical bleeding;
8. Any conditions that was unstable or unlikely to compliance of the pregnancy.
9. Any patients that was inappropriate to be treated with this regimen.
