研究目的: |
(一)采用目的抽样,半结构式访谈,Colaizzi内容分析法,探讨胃癌术后患者的营养知识储备情况以及住院期间以及出院之后希望得到的营养相关的信息;以患者为中心,问题为导向,营养科学为支撑,制定胃癌术后患者营养教育手册。 (二)基于知信行理论进行营养教育,结合患者膳食摄入情况、饮食习惯和实验室检查结果,全面评估患者营养状况,以提高胃癌患者膳食营养知识储备、自我膳食管理和监督,建立并强化科学的膳食营养行为,降低胃癌术后患者膳食营养相关并发症及不良反应的发生,提高胃癌患者生活质量。 (三)探讨基于知信行的营养教育在胃癌胃大部切除患者中的应用效果,并评价知信行问卷和营养教育手册的可行性、有效性,为改善胃癌初诊患者的营养状况提供部分参考。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) Objective sampling, semi-structured interview, and Colaizzi content analysis were used to explore the nutritional knowledge of postoperative gastric cancer patients and the nutritional information they would like to obtain during and after hospitalization. Based on patient-centered, problem-oriented, nutrition science as support, nutrition education manual for postoperative patients with gastric cancer was formulated. (2) Nutritional education based on KAP theory and comprehensive assessment of patients' nutritional status in combination with their dietary intake, dietary habits and laboratory results, In order to improve gastric cancer patients' dietary nutrition knowledge reserve, self-management and supervision, establish and strengthen scientific dietary nutrition behavior, reduce the incidence of dietary nutrition related complications and adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer. (3)To explore the effect of KAP based nutrition education on gastric cancer patients with subtotal gastrectomy. To evaluate the feasibility and validity of KAP and nutrition education manual, and to provide some reference for improving the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer. |
