研究目的：

建立胰腺癌辅助治疗患者的类器官，通过术中取样，获取肿瘤患者的活组织进行类器官培养。对构建的类器官进行临床治疗药物敏感性分析；通过对比实验组（使用类器官药敏分析结果指导方案选择）和对照组（常规治疗组）的临床疗效，评价类器官药敏分析结果指导胰腺癌辅助治疗的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the organoid of pancreatic cancer patients who undergoing adjuvant therapy, and obtain the intraoperative tumor tissue of patients for organoid culture. The sensitivity of organoids to clinical treatment was analyzed. Compared with the control group (conventional treatment group), to evaluate the organoid drug sensitivity analysis of experimental group (using organoid drug sensitivity analysis results to guide the selection of protocols), and to guide the feasibility of adjuvant therapy of pancreatic cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18岁—75岁，男女不限；
②经病理组织学和/或细胞学确诊的胰腺癌患者；
③临床判断需进行胰腺癌切除术及术后辅助治疗的患者；
④原发灶或转移灶可通过手术切除或其他活检方式获取足够用于类器官建立的新鲜织标本；
⑤ECOG评分为0-2分；
⑥预计生存期≥ 3个月；
⑦患者自愿加入本研究，并且签署知情同意书（ICF），依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged 18-75 years, male or female;
② Pancreatic cancer confirmed by histopathology and/or cytology;
③ Need pancreatic cancer resection and postoperative adjuvant therapy;
④ Fresh tissue specimens sufficient for organoid establishment from primary or metastatic lesions by surgical resection or other biopsy methods;
⑤ ECOG score is 0-2;
⑥ Predicted survival time ≥ 3 months;
⑦ Patients voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent (ICF), with good compliance and follow-up.

排除标准：

①5年内患有其他恶性肿瘤的患者，已治愈的皮肤癌除外；
②在过去12个月内患有临床上重要的（即活动的）心脏病（例如充血性心力衰竭，症状性冠状动脉疾病，心律不齐等）或心肌梗塞的患者；
③具有精神类药物滥用史且无法戒除者或有精神障碍的患者；
④研究者认为不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Other malignant tumors within 5 years, except for cured skin cancer;
② Clinically (i.e. active) heart disease (e.g. congestive heart failure, symptomatic coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, etc.) or myocardial infarction in the past 12 months;
③ Patients with a history of psychiatric drug abuse and unable to abstain or patients with mental disorders;
④ Inappropriate for inclusion by the investigator.
