研究目的：

主要目的: 随机、对照对比研究借用腕管松解套装与传统开放性手术进行腓肠肌挛缩松解的临床疗效； 次要目的: ①观察借用腕管松解套装与传统开放性手术进行腓肠肌挛缩松解患者踝关节背伸角度的变化； ②通过并发症发生率评估腕管松解套装进行腓肠肌挛缩松解的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To compare the clinical effect of carpal tunnel release kit and traditional open operation for gastrocnemius release. Secondary purpose: ① To observe the changes of ankle dorsiflexion angle after carpal tunnel release kit surgury and traditional open operation. ② To evaluate the safety of carpal tunnel release kit for gastrocnemius release by the incidence of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄12~65周岁，性别不限；
②诊断为腓肠肌挛缩的患者（诊断标准：Silfverski?ld 试验阳性）；
③足踝部疾病的手术治疗，需要同时结合腓肠肌松解手术；
④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age from 12 to 65, no gender limitation;
② Patients diagnosed with gastrocnemius contracture (diagnostic criteria: positive Silfverski?ld test);
③ The surgical treatment of foot and ankle disease needs to be combined with gastrocnemius release surgery;
④ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①恶性肿瘤；
②感染；
③手术区伤口感染或近期血培养细菌呈阳性的患者；
④Hgb<7g/dl或凝血功能严重异常，PT>正常值10s以上，或血小板<60×10^9/L；
⑤妊娠期妇女；
⑥肝硬化失代偿、尿毒症或重度脑外伤；
⑦既往有腓肠肌松解史或者跟腱手术史的患者；
⑧正参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Malignant tumor;
② Infection;
③ Patients with wound infection or recent blood culture bacteria positive in the surgical area;
④ Hgb<7g/ dL or coagulation function is seriously abnormal;
⑤ Pregnant women;
⑥ Decompensated cirrhosis, uremia or severe brain trauma;
⑦ Patients with a history of gastrocnemius release or Achilles tendon surgery;
⑧ Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
