研究目的：

探讨超声联合X线引导的腰交感切除术对伯格病的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical outcomes of chemical lumbar sympathectomy guided by ultrasound combined fluoroscopy for patients with Buerger's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为伯格病；
2.行超声联合X线交感神经节切除术或者行血管重建手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with Burger disease;
2. Ultrasound combined with X-ray sympathetic ganglionectomy or vascular reconstruction surgery.

排除标准：

观察侧肢体曾进行除常规药物治疗以外的其他治疗，如干细胞治疗，血管重建，交感毁损等。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous treatment on the limb of study side other than conventional medication, such as stem cell therapy, revascularization therapy or lumbar sympathectomy, et al.
