研究目的：

收集脓毒症ALI患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）及患儿临床资料信息，检测巨噬细胞lncRNA PVT1以及BALF中IL-6、TNF-α的表达情况，分析lncRNA PVT1和临床指标的关系， 验证lncRNA PVT1促进脓毒症肺损伤的临床意义，建立以调控巨噬细胞极化为目标的脓毒症ALI治疗新方法提供病理生理学依据，为更有效治疗脓毒症ALI寻找新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Information on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and clinical data of children with ALI due to sepsis was collected to detect macrophage lncrna pvt1 as well as IL-6 and TNF-α in BALF The expression profiles of lncrna pvt1 and clinical indicators were analyzed to verify the clinical significance of lncrna pvt1 in promoting lung injury in sepsis, establish a new treatment for Ali in sepsis with the goal of regulating macrophage polarization, provide a pathophysiological basis, and search for new ideas for more effective treatment of Ali in sepsis.

纳入标准：

合并脓毒症；合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征；年龄0-14周岁。

Inclusion criteria

Comorbid sepsis; Combined acute respiratory distress syndrome; Age range 0-14 weeks.

排除标准：

合并严重免疫缺陷病、遗传代谢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined severe immunodeficiency, inherited metabolic disease.
