研究目的：

鉴于COPD患者家庭肺康复的有效性和依从性不理想，我们开发了智慧医疗管理系统，实现实时互动远程医疗管理COPD患者。本项研究旨在调查智慧医疗管理系统提供的远程医疗服务对于COPD患者家庭肺康复的有效性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the unsatisfactory effectiveness and compliance of home pulmonary rehabilitation for COPD patients, we have developed a smart medical management system to realize real-time interactive remote medical management of COPD patients. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness and feasibility of telemedicine services provided by the smart medical management system for home pulmonary rehabilitation of COPD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 客观证据确诊的COPD稳定期患者；
2. GOLD级别：2-4，分组B-D；
3. 年满18周岁，认知能力正常，熟知本次研究，表示自愿参加，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with stable COPD confirmed by objective evidence;
2. GOLD level: 2-4, group B to group D;
3. 18 years of age or older, normal cognitive ability, familiar with this study, willing to participate, and sign informed agreement.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他肺部疾病，包括哮喘或有哮喘史、支气管扩张症、肺纤维化、肺癌等其他气流受限疾病；肺结核或正接受结核病抗菌化疗；严重肺大泡、气胸及气胸愈合后1月内；既往肺部手术史等；
2. 患有严重躯体及精神疾病，包括急性心梗病史6月内、不稳定心绞痛、未控制的心律失常、晕厥、感染性心内膜炎、严重的心脏瓣膜疾病、未控制的心衰、可疑大动脉疾病、下肢深静脉血栓、非心肺系统大的急性功能障碍（肾衰竭、甲状腺毒症）、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病、呼吸衰竭等；
3. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other pulmonary diseases, including asthma or a history of asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, and other airflow limitation diseases; tuberculosis or receiving antibacterial chemotherapy for tuberculosis; severe pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, and pneumothorax after healing within 1 month; previous lung surgery history, etc.;
2. Suffer from severe physical and mental illness, including acute myocardial infarction within 6 months, unstable angina, uncontrolled arrhythmia, syncope, infective endocarditis, severe heart valve disease, uncontrolled heart failure, Suspected arterial disease, deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, acute dysfunction of non-cardiopulmonary system (renal failure, thyrotoxicosis), malignant tumor, mental illness, respiratory failure, etc.;
3. Women during pregnancy or lactation.
