探索诊断PHN的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore for biomarkers for the diagnosis of PHN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄55-75岁；
2. 患者临床诊断明确；
3. 带状疱疹急性期患者就诊时距发病时间不超过7日；
4. 带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者就诊时，疱疹愈合后疼痛时间持续超过90天。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 50 to 75 years;
2. The clinical diagnosis of patients is clear;
3. The patients in the acute stage of herpes zoster are not more than 7 days away from the onset of the disease;
4. When patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia are treated, the pain lasting time after herpes healing lasts more than 90 days.

排除标准：

1. 伴有心肺等器质性疾病；
2. 严重认知障碍；
3. 近期服用激素或免疫抑制剂；
4. 伴有恶性肿瘤、其他免疫系统疾病；
5. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Organic diseases such as heart and lung;
2. Severe cognitive impairment;
3. Recent use of hormones or immunosuppressive agents;
4. Malignant tumors and other immune system diseases;
5. Pregnant or lactating women.

《带状疱疹后遗神经痛中国专家共识》的诊断标准：躯体部位疼痛；痛觉过敏，如触摸痛；疼痛部位沿神经分布走行；疼痛部位有水疱。

PHN Chinese Expert Consensus: somatic pain; hyperalgesia, such as touch pain; pain site along nerve distribution; blisters in the pain area.
