研究目的：

利用表面肌电图（Surface Electromyography,sEMG）研究健侧Flexi-bar运动疗法对脑卒中后躯干肌群的影响，尤其是偏瘫侧躯干肌群的影响，为将健侧Flexi-bar运动应用于脑卒中躯干康复提供依据，并为脑卒中后躯干功能的恢复提供新的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The use of surface electromyography to study the effect of Flexi-bar exercise therapy shaking by healthy side on the trunk muscles after stroke, especially the effect of hemiplegic side trunk muscle group, provides a basis for applying Flexi-bar exercise to stroke trunk rehabilitation, and provides a new treatment for the recovery of trunk function after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

试验组：（1）符合中华医学会通过的《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》中脑卒中诊断标准，且经头颅CT或MRI检查证实，生命体征稳定；（2）首次发病，病程＜6个月；（3）单侧发病；（4）坐位平衡2-3级；（5）年龄20-80岁；（6）患者意识清楚，无认知功能障碍，且配合检查和治疗；（7）所有受试者均签署知情同意书。
对照组：选择年龄、性别、身高和体重等与试验组相匹配的健康同龄人，且为右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental group:
(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018" adopted by the Chinese Medical Association, and confirm that the vital signs are stable by cranial CT or MRI examination;
(2) The first onset of the disease, the course of the disease < 6 months;
(3) Unilateral onset;
(4) Sitting balance level 2-3;
(5) The patient is ranged from 20 to 80;
(6) The patient is clearly conscious, has no cognitive dysfunction, and cooperates with examination and treatment;
(7) All subjects sign an informed consent form.
Control group:
Healthy peers such as age, sex, height and weight matching the experimental group were selected, and they were right-handed.

排除标准：

（1）患者依从性差，或严重认知功能障碍不能配合治疗者；（2）心、肺、肾等重要脏器严重功能不全；（3）既往存在躯干功能障碍病史，如发病前躯干存在陈旧性骨折、椎间盘突出等病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with poor compliance, or severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with the treatment;
(2) Patients with serious dysfunction of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs;
(3) Patients with previous history of trunk dysfunction, such as the presence of old fractures of the trunk and the history of herniated discs before the onset of the disease.
