研究目的：

探索超声引导下横突胸膜中点阻滞用于创伤性多发肋骨骨折患者术后镇痛的安全性和有效性，观察其能否提供良好的镇痛效果，从而减少阿片类镇痛药用量、改善术后早期疼痛、躁动及术后认知功能、缩短住院时间，促进术后快速康复  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided transverse pleural midpoint blocks for postoperative analgesia in patients with traumatic multiple rib fractures. To observe whether it can provide good analgesia, thereby reducing the amount of opioid analgesics, improving early postoperative pain, agitation and postoperative cognitive function, shortening hospital stay and promoting rapid postoperative recovery.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1. 年龄≥18岁，年龄≤80岁；2. 多发肋骨骨折患者；3. ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；4. BMI 20-30kg/㎡

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age ≥ 18 years, age ≤ 80 years; 2. patients with multiple rib fractures; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. BMI 20-30 kg/m2

排除标准：

排除标准：1. 无自主行为能力；2. 拒绝签字；3. 有凝血功能障碍或穿刺部位感染；4. 已知对局麻药过敏；5. 长期使用阿片类药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. incapacity; 2. refusal to sign; 3. coagulation disorder or puncture site infection; 4. known allergy to local anaesthetics; 5. long-term opioid use.

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的记入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行双人比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并做备份，妥善保存，防止损坏。
