The study aims to investigate the correlation of environmental stressors exposure level with vascular homeostasis, remodeling, and adverse cardiovascular events

纳入标准：

1. 病历资料信息完整
2. 均行冠脉造影检查

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete medical records
2. All performed coronary angiography

排除标准：

1. 年龄小于18岁
2. 妊娠期及哺乳期的妇女
3. 有精神病史
4. 明确的感染
5. 恶性肿瘤
6. 自身免疫性疾病及造血系统疾病
7. 住院时处于严重创伤期或外科大手术围手术期
8. 任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years old
2. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding
3. history of mental illness
4. Definite infection
5. Malignant diseases
6. Autoimmune diseases and hematopoietic diseases
7. Hospitalized in severe trauma or perioperative period of major surgery
8. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the researcher thinks it is not suitable to be included in this study
