研究目的：

本研究以腹部大手术老年患者为研究对象，进行药物干预，探究羟考酮对老年患者术后谵妄的影响及用药的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, elderly patients undergoing major abdominal surgery were selected as the research objects, and drug intervention was conducted to explore the effect of oxycodone on postoperative delirium in elderly patients and the safety of medication.

纳入标准：

在我院行择期腹部大手术（ 胃癌根治术、肠癌根治术、肝切除术等）的老年患者（年龄>65岁，预计手术时间>2h，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级）

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients (age >65 years old, estimated operation time >2h, ASA gradeⅠ-Ⅲ) undergoing elective major abdominal surgery (radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, radical resection for colon cancer, hepatectomy, etc.) in our hospital

排除标准：

ASA分级＞Ⅲ级；
术前MMSE评分≤27分；
有精神疾病史，严重头部外伤手术史；
有服用镇静催眠药物或滥用药物史；
视觉或者听觉功能障碍；
不能配合谵妄评估的患者；
术前已确诊有失眠或认知功能下降。

Exclusion criteria：

ASA grade > Ⅲ;
Preoperative MMSE score ≤27;
A history of mental illness and surgery for severe head trauma;
Have a history of taking sedative-hypnotic drugs or drug abuse;
Visual or auditory impairment;
Patients who cannot cooperate with delirium assessment;
Preoperative diagnosis of insomnia or cognitive decline was made.
