分析早产儿家庭韧性变化轨迹，并验证基于移动医疗早产儿家庭韧性干预方案的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To analysis the trajectory of family resilience of preterm infants , and evaluate the effect of family resilience intervention protocols based on mobile health care for preterm infants

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

早产儿主要照顾者的纳入标准：①年龄≥18岁；②有基本阅读和理解能力；③自愿参加本项目研究，并签署知情同意书。
早产儿的纳入标准：①出生胎龄为28周~37周（包括28周）；②从上海市某三级甲等儿童专科医院新生儿科出院。

Inclusion criteria

primary caregivers of preterm infants: (1) age ≥18 years; (2) Have basic reading and comprehension skills; (3) Voluntarily participate in the research of this project and sign an informed consent form.
Inclusion criteria for preterm infants: (1) Gestational age of 28 weeks to 37 weeks (including 28 weeks); (2) Discharged from the Neonatology Department of a tertiary grade A children's specialist hospital in Shanghai.

排除标准：

①家庭合并重大创伤者。②早产儿有先天畸形、遗传代谢病或其他严重先天性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Family with major trauma. (2) Premature infants have congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases or other serious congenital diseases.
