研究目的:

通过对小样本临床数据分析研究小细胞肺癌患者脑转移前及脑转移后血浆外泌体中circRNA、miRNA及lncRNA表达情况,探究小细胞肺癌源性外泌体中circRNA、miRNA及lncRNA对小细胞肺癌恶性表型的影响及其机制研究。大样本验证小细胞肺癌源性外泌体中circRNA、miRNA及lncRNA对小细胞肺癌患者预后的关系,为小细胞肺癌的诊断和治疗提供新的靶点。  

Objectives of Study:

The expression of circRNA, miRNA and lncRNA in plasma exosomes of patients with small cell lung cancer before and after BRAIN metastasis was studied by analyzing clinical data of small cell lung cancer patients, to explore the effects of circRNA, miRNA and lncRNA in exosomes of small cell lung cancer on malignant phenotype and its mechanism. Large samples were used to verify the relationship between circRNA, miRNA and lncRNA in exosomes derived from small cell lung cancer on the prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer, providing new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of small cell lung cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

No drugs or treatments were involved in the study 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄18—75岁。
(2)组织学病理明确诊断广泛期小细胞肺癌初诊患者。
(3)既往无其他肿瘤治疗病史。
(4)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18-75 years old.
(2) Histology and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of the newly diagnosed patients with extensive small-cell lung cancer.
(3) No previous treatment history of other tumors.
(4) Signed informed consent

排除标准:

(1)年龄小于18岁或大于75岁。
(2)同时合并其他部位或病理类型的肿瘤。
(3)预期寿命小于6周。
(4)体内有金属不能性脑部MRI检查(若金属可行MR检查或脑部转移灶可CT确诊,可以入组)。
(5)失访。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Under 18 years of age or over 75 years of age.
(2) concomitant tumors at other sites or pathological types.
(3) Life expectancy is less than 6 weeks.
(4) Brain MRI examination with metal incapability in vivo (if metal is feasible by MR examination or brain metastasis can be confirmed by CT, it can be included in the group).
(5) Lost to follow-up.
