研究目的：

联动成像（LCI）和蓝激光成像（BLI）可以观察胃粘膜表面的精细结构，包括隐窝开口和微血管结构，在消化道早癌的诊疗方面优于白光观察（WLI）。然而，内镜医师的运用情况并不理想。本试验拟探讨基于LCI/BLI的消化道早癌内镜多中心培训对内镜医师的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Linked Color Imaging (LCI) and Blue Laser Imaging (BLI) could observe the micro surface structure of gastric mucosa, especially for crypt openings and capillary vessels, with advantage over Whight Light Imaging(WLI) for early gastrointestinal cancer. However, acquiring skill at LCI/BLI diagnosis takes substantial effort. The purpose of this study is try to explore the effect of endoscopic education based on LCI/BLI technology for early gastrointestinal cancer in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）能够理解并依从试验方案；
（2）能在知情同意书上签名并记录日期者；
（3）中国人，取得知情同意时年龄25-50岁；
（4）具有内镜操作经验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Understand and comply with the protocol of trial;
(2) With Signature on informed consent form;
(3) Chinese, aged 25 to 50 years;
(4) With experience of more than 10 000 endoscopic cases.

排除标准：

（1）不能依从培训方案者；
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cannot comply with the protocol of training;
(2) Pregnancy or lactation.
