研究目的：

本项目拟以下前牙松动的中度慢性牙周炎患者为对象，以石英纤维牙周夹板为对照组，以数字化聚芳醚酮牙周夹板为实验组，分别从咬合功能、牙周状况、患者满意度等主客观方面初步评价数字化聚芳醚酮牙周夹板松牙固定的临床效果，为今后大规模临床研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study builds on a cohort of moderate chronic periodontitis patients with mobile mandibular anterior teeth, and aims to compare the clinical effects between quartz splints and CAD/CAM polyaryletherketone splints, using subjective and objective indices concerning occlusal function, periodontal condition, and patient satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)下前牙区个别牙松动，骨吸收≤根长2/3，前牙区缺牙≤2颗，基牙足够可固定松动牙，基牙有足量健康牙釉质，无严重牙列拥挤；
(2)修复前应已完成系统牙周治疗，炎症已基本控制，口内其他口腔疾病已完成相应治疗；
(3)年龄18-75岁，男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

Patients between 18 and 75 years of age, with at least 1 mobile teeth (with a relatively radiographic bone loss of ≤2/3) and less than 2 incisors loss in the mandibular anterior region, having sufficient abutment teeth with enough healthy enamel to splint the mobile teeth can be included in the study. They need to finish active periodontal therapy, and other necessary dental treatments before splinting.

排除标准：

(1)活动期牙周炎患者；
(2)下前牙区牙列严重拥挤或存在牙齿严重倾斜者；
(3)口腔卫生习惯不良、有不良的口唇习惯以及高患龋风险的患者；
(4)不能配合治疗或X线拍摄，或者无法定期随访复查的患者；
(5)磨牙症、紧咬牙患者，或者颞颌关节存在器质性病变，或者存在开口受限的患者；
(6)存在精神病史，或存在血液病、传染病或严重心血管疾病的患者；
(7)哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Active chronic periodontitis;
(2)Severe dental crowding or severe tooth inclination in the mandibular anterior dentition;
(3)Having poor oral hygiene habits, abnormal lip habits and high risk of dental caries;
(4)Unwilling or unable to return for follow-up or refusing radiological examination;
(5)Oral parafunctions, or existing organic lesions in the temporomandibular joint, or limitation of mouth opening;
(6)History of mental illness, or existing severe hematological, infectious, or cardiovascular disease;
(7)Pregnancy.

采用SPSS软件，按1:1的比例进行随机编号，分配146个连续编号（含分组信息），对应146个病例，治疗组和对照组各73例。患者就诊时随机抽取装有编号的信封，根据信封内所含分组信息进入相应的组别。
