研究目的：

本研究将通过对焦虑症状的个体进行治疗前的功能磁共振扫描，探索其脑影像分类的亚 型，并用脑环路亚型来为 ABMT 选择做决策参考，对在脑影像特征中符合 ABMT 治疗的个体进行改良的远程 AMBT治疗，从而将神经影像技术和远程 ABMT技术首次结合，对存在焦虑症状的个体提供新型的情绪调控方式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the subtypes of brain image classification through fMRI scanning of individuals with anxiety symptoms before treatment, and use brain loop subtypes to make decision-making reference for ABMT selection, and carry out improved remote ABMT treatment for individuals who meet ABMT treatment in brain image characteristics, so as to combine neuroimaging technology and remote ABMT technology for the first time, and provide a new way of emotion regulation for individuals with anxiety symptoms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）评分>5 分（中度焦虑以上）; （2）年龄 18-55 岁; （3）研究期未接受任何精神类药物; （4）自愿参加本研究，并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) GAD-7 score >5 (above moderate anxiety); (2) Age 18-55 years old; (3) No psychotropic drugs were received during the study period; (4) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重躯体疾病和神经疾患病史; （2）存在明显自伤或自杀观念和行为; （3）既往或现患精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、分裂情感性障碍、强迫障碍; （4）存在酒精和其他精神活性物质依赖; （5）存在广泛性发育障碍

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of serious physical and neurological diseases; (2) There are obvious self injury or suicide concepts and behaviors; (3) Past or present schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenic affective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder; (4) Dependence on alcohol and other psychoactive substances; (5) There is generalized developmental disorder
