研究目的：

探讨群组管理在社区骨质疏松管理与治疗中的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effectiveness of Shared Medical Appointment can improve the management and treatment of osteoporosis or not

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

共有120名患有骨质疏松症的志愿者参加了这项研究。随机分为干预组(60例)和对照组(60例)。采用一般线性分析和重复测量来分析接受群组管理组者与接受一般骨质疏松治疗组者二者之间的差异。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 120 volunteers living with osteoporosis were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: an intervention group (n=60) and a control group (n=60). General linear analysis with repeated measurements was used to analyze the trend differences between those who received Shared Medical Appointment-modified treatment and those received standard osteoporosis care. 

纳入标准：

(1)签署知情同意书；(2)参加徐家汇社区健康检查的65岁以上老人。3)被诊断为骨质疏松症。4)他/她能够理解这项研究，他/她愿意接受生活方式的干预，并有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

1) He/she signs the informed consent form.2) The elderly over the age of 65 who participated in the health examination in Xujiahui community. 3) He/she was diagnosed with osteoporosis. 4) He/she was able to understand this study, He/she was willing to undergo lifestyle intervention and has good compliance.

排除标准：

1)继发性骨质疏松；
2)药物不耐受；
3)严重的心血管和胃肠疾病；
4)严重的内分泌、精神和神经紊乱。

Exclusion criteria：

1. secondary osteoporosis;
2. medication intolerance;
3. serious cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases;
4. severe endocrine, mental and neurological disorders.
