研究目的:

联合应用4D Flow MRI 和 DCE-MRI 检查获得的颅内动脉瘤血流动力学状态与瘤壁药代动力学特征,分析动脉瘤患者的血流动力学和药代动力学特征,然后对保守治疗患者行前瞻性随访,根据结果修订血流动力学和药代动力学参数,用来评价动脉瘤瘤壁的稳定性,为动脉瘤破裂预警及治疗决策提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Hemodynamic status and wall pharmacokinetics of intracranial aneurysms obtained by 4D Flow MRI and DCE-MRI were combined to analyze the hemodynamic and pharmacokinetic characteristics of patients with aneurysms, and then conservative treatment The patients underwent prospective follow-up and revised the hemodynamics and pharmacokinetic parameters according to the results to evaluate the stability of the aneurysm wall and provide a reference for the early warning and treatment decision of the aneurysm rupture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.颅内动脉瘤患者。
2.患者血管三维影像资料完整,图像质量满足动力学模拟要求。
3.动脉瘤大小≥3mm。
4.年龄大于等于18岁,小于等于80岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Intracranial aneurysms;
2. Three-dimensional angiographic data of patients are complete, and the image quality meets the requirements of dynamic simulation;
3. The size of the aneurysm is greater than or equal to 3 mm;
4. Aged 18 to 80 years old.

排除标准:

合并有动静脉畸形或瘘有关的动脉瘤,夹层、梭形、血泡样动脉瘤。

Exclusion criteria:

Aneurysms associated with arteriovenous malformations or dural arteriovenous fistula, dissection aneurysms, fusiform aneurysms, and blood-blisyter like aneurysms.
