Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy of peroral endoscopic cardiac constriction and proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-75岁；有经典的反流或者烧心症状；食管阻抗pH监测显示异常的酸反流；食管测压显示正常或者低于正常的食管下括约肌压力；内镜下证实正常或者轻微食管炎（LA分级 A/B）、贲门松弛（正镜和（或）倒镜观察可见贲门松弛）；入选前2周内未服用抑酸药物和其他影响胃肠动力药物。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-75 years; classic symptoms of reflux or heartburn; esophageal impedance pH monitoring showed abnormal acid reflux; esophageal manometry showed normal or subnormal lower esophageal sphincter pressure; endoscopically confirmed normal or mild esophagitis (LA grade A/B) cardia relaxation ; no proton pump inhibitors and other drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility were taken within 2 weeks before enrollment

排除标准：

既往有内镜或外科抗反流手术史者；严重的反流性食管炎（LA分级 C/D）；食管裂孔疝直径大于2cm；经病理活检诊断为Barrett食管或食管癌的患者；其它食管运动失调疾病者；心肺、肝肾功能在不可接受手术范围内；伴有活动性感染或有严重系统性疾病的患者；有严重凝血功能障碍者；怀孕者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of endoscopic or surgical anti-reflux surgery; severe reflux esophagitis (LA grade C/D); hiatal hernia diameter greater than 2 cm; patients with Barrett's esophagus or esophageal cancer diagnosed by pathological biopsy; other esophageal esophagus Patients with movement disorders; heart, lung, liver and kidney functions are not acceptable for surgery; patients with active infection or serious systemic diseases; patients with severe coagulation disorders; pregnant patients.
