研究聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b(派格宾)治疗非活性慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者的安全性和疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and effectiveness of peginterferon α-2b (PegBeron) for inactive chronic hepatitis B virus carriers

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗组接受48周聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b(派格宾)的治疗，治疗期间的监测间隔为至少每12周一次，治疗结束后随访24周；对照组不接受任何方案治疗，仅进行随访，随访时间为72周，随访间隔为24周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The treatment group received peginterferon α-2b (PegBeron) for 48 weeks, monitored at least every 12 weeks during treatment, and followed up for 24 weeks after treatment. The control group did not receive any regimen and were followed up for 72 weeks with an interval of 24 weeks. 

纳入标准：

(1)18-65岁；
(2)慢性乙肝病毒感染病史；
(3)血清HBsAg水平<1000IU/mL；
(4)血清HBeAg阴性,有或无HBeAg抗体；
(5)HBV DNA<20IU/mL；
(6)谷丙转氨酶水平<40U/L,总胆红素<17.1μmol/L。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18–65 years old;
(2) a history of chronic HBV infection;
(3) serum HBsAg level<1000 IU/mL;
(4) serum HBeAg negative with or without antibody to HBeAg (anti-HBe);
(5) HBV DNA<20 IU/mL;
(6) alanine aminotransferase level<40 U/L, total bilirubin level<17.1 μmol/L.

排除标准：

(1)既往或现症存在肝纤维化，肝硬化，肝癌；
(2)既往接受过干扰素治疗或核苷（酸）类似物治疗；
(3)存在现症甲、丙、丁、戊型肝炎病毒、EB病毒、巨细胞病毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒感染的证据；
(4)存在自身免疫性疾病，包括但不限于患有甲状腺疾病等疾病；
(5)妊娠妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous or present diagnosis of liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer;
(2) Previous treatment with interferon or nucleos(t)ide analogues;
(3) Evidence of hepatitis A, C, D, E viruses, Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, and human immunodeficiency virus infections;
(4) Autoimmune diseases, including but not limited to thyroid diseases;
(5) Pregnant women.
