研究目的：

对比分析RATS和VATS非典型肺段切除术的临床参数和围术期结果，研究RATS在早期非小细胞肺癌行非典型肺段切除中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the clinical parameters and perioperative results of atypical segmenectomy in RATS and VATS and analyzing the value of RATS in atypical segmenectomy in early non-small cell lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）具有完善的术前影像学资料，主要是薄层CT（Thin-section computed tomography, TSCT），病变大小大于5mm，且小于或等于20mm。病变位于肺野的中外1/3；
（2）年龄18-70岁；
（3）术前未行放疗、化疗、消融等治疗；
（4）术后病理诊断为非小细胞肺癌，且切缘大于2cm或肿瘤直径；
（5）患者接受了RATS或者VATS非典型肺段切除手术，右侧肺包括S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S7,S8,S9,S10,以及联合段、联合亚段切除术；左侧肺包括S1+S2,S3,S8,S9,S10,以及联合段、联合亚段切除术；
（6）根据UICC2017-8thTNM staging，术后病理分期为原位癌（Tis），微浸润癌（MIA），T1a-T1bN0M0。

Inclusion criteria

(1) There were detailed preoperative imaging data, especially thin-section computed tomography (TSCT), with lesions greater than 5mm and less than or equal to 20mm. The lesions were located in the middle 1/3 of the lung field.
(2) 18-70 years old.
(3) No preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy or ablation was performed.
(4) Non-small cell lung cancer was diagnosed by postoperative pathology, and the incision margin was greater than 2cm or tumor diameter.
(5) The patients accepted the RATS or VATS atypical segmentectomy. Right lung including S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S7, S8, S9, S10, as well as the joint segmentectomies or joint sub-segmentectomies; Left lung including S1+S2, S3, S8, S9, S10, as well as the joint segmentectomies or joint sub-segmentectomies.
(6) According to UICC2017-8THTNM staging, the cases were pathologically diagnosed as carcinoma in situ (Tis), microinvasive cancer (MIA), T1a-T1bN0M0.

排除标准：

（1）心肺功能差，不能耐受手术；
（2）5年内有其他恶性肿瘤的治疗史；
（3）肺段切除联合了肺叶切除手术；
（4）大的肺楔形切除术；
（5）拒绝随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor cardiopulmonary function and could not tolerating surgery.
(2) Therapy history of other malignant tumors within 5 years.
(3) Large wedge resection of lung.
(4) Segmentectomy combined with lobectomy.
(5) Refused to be followed.
