研究目的：

主要目的：研究艾司氯胺酮用于剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的有效性及安全和艾司氯胺酮对产妇产后抑郁的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To study the efficacy and safety of esketamine for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after cesarean section and the effect of esketamine on postpartum depression in puerperae.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.需行剖宫产手术的单胎妊娠产妇90例；
2.年龄20～35岁，ASA分级I～II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. 90 singleton pregnant women requiring cesarean section;
2. Aged 20 to 35 years, ASA grade I to II.

排除标准：

1.对盐酸氯胺酮药物任何成分过敏的患者；
2.合并有高血压病、心脏病患者；
3.有吸毒史，精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to any component of ketamine hydrochloride;
2. Patients with hypertension and heart disease;
3. Those with a history of drug addiction and mental disorders.
