研究目的：

主要目的：验证无创脑水肿监护仪和脑氧监护仪在常见神经系统内科相关性疾病继发脑水肿的患儿中的应用价值，为国产无创多模态监测技术设备在儿童脑功能监测、脑损伤早期识别及救治的临床使用规范及解决方案提供理论依据及临床经验。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to verify the application value of noninvasive brain edema monitor and brain oxygen monitor in children with brain edema secondary to common neurological internal medicine related diseases, and provide theoretical basis and clinical experience for the clinical application norms and solutions of domestic noninvasive multimodal monitoring technology and equipment in children's brain function monitoring, early identification and treatment of brain injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄1~16岁，性别不限；
2.符合病毒性脑炎、细菌性脑炎、缺血缺氧性脑病、脓毒症相关性脑病、中毒性脑病、惊觉持续状态等常见神经系统内科相关性疾病诊断标准的患儿；
3.家属知情同意；
4.经过医院伦理委员会审核批准；
5.颅骨完整，翼点附近无创口或创口处皮肤缺损直径<2cm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 1 to 16 years, gender is not limited;
2. Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for common neurology-related diseases such as viral encephalitis, bacterial encephalitis, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, sepsis-related encephalopathy, toxic encephalopathy, and status of alarm;
3. Informed consent of family members;
4. Approved by the hospital ethics committee;
5. The skull is intact, there is no wound near the pterional point or the diameter of the skin defect at the wound is less than 2cm.

排除标准：

1.头颅部有金属植入物者；
2.翼点附近皮肤缺损直径>2cm或有皮肤病，影响电极粘贴者；
3.依从性差，无法随访及复诊者；
4.临床资料不全者；
5.合并自发性出血或脑外伤；
6.烦躁、精神异常不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with metal implants in the skull;
2. The diameter of the skin defect near the wing point is more than 2cm or there is a skin disease that affects the electrode sticking;
3. Those with poor compliance and unable to follow-up and follow-up;
4. Those with incomplete clinical data;
5. Combined with spontaneous bleeding or traumatic brain injury;
6. Those who are irritable and mentally abnormal and cannot cooperate.
