研究目的:

通过前瞻性队列研究,招募观察对象收集使用华为智能穿戴设备中的ECG、PPG和压力传感器采集的生理数据以及相关体检资料,并进行前瞻性随访,随访检验、检查结果以及心血管事件发生情况,制定基于华为可穿戴设备测量的中国人群hrPWV的正常参考值,开发并基于心血管风险模型(China-PAR)验证相应的中国人群心血管年龄公式算法以及未来10年心血管疾病风险,建立血管老化多维度评估体系。  

Objectives of Study:

Through prospective cohort study, the subjects were recruited to collect physiological data and relevant physical examination data collected by using ECG, PPG and pressure sensor in Huawei intelligent wearables, and to conduct prospective follow-up, follow-up inspection, examination results and cardiovascular events, so as to formulate normal reference values of hrPWV for Chinese people measured by Huawei wearables. Develop and validate the corresponding cardiovascular age formula algorithm of Chinese population and cardiovascular disease risk in the next 10 years based on the cardiovascular risk model (China PAR), and establish a multi-dimensional assessment system for vascular aging.

纳入标准:

①年龄大于等于20岁且小于等于90岁;
②具有中国国籍并在国内居住
③无严重肢体残疾,日常交流无障碍,可以进行长期随访;
④自愿参加该项目并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 20 years and ≤ 90 years;
② Having Chinese nationality and residing in China
③ No serious physical disability, no obstacle in daily communication, and long-term follow-up can be conducted
④ Volunteer to participate in the project and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准:

①手腕处有纹身或其他影响光学信号的物质;
②严重心律失常患者,包括三度房室传导阻滞、室性逸搏心律、严重窦性心律过缓、病窦综合征、室上性心动过速、室性心动过速、心房颤动、心房扑动、心室颤动、心室扑动等;
③孕妇;
④患有恶性肿瘤或预期寿命低于5年;
⑤有精神障碍;
⑥有严重的系统性疾病,包括心力衰竭(NYHAIII级及以上)、肝肾功能中重度不全、血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

① Wrist tattoos or other substances that affect optical signals;
② Patients with severe arrhythmia, including third degree atrioventricular block, ventricular escape rhythm, severe sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular flutter, etc;
③ Pregnant women;
④ Having malignant tumor or life expectancy less than 5 years;
⑤ Having mental disorder;
⑥ There are serious systemic diseases, including heart failure (NYHA III and above), moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and blood system diseases.
