研究目的：

1. 基于多维度、多层次的组学数据，探索脓毒症后认知功能与精神障碍的新靶点和新机制。 2. 整合临床和组学数据，利用先进的人工智能技术构建脓毒症后认知功能与精神障碍早期预警识别和决策支持系统，实现对认知功能与精神障碍的早期识别、风险分级和决策指导，以显著提高脓毒症后认知功能与精神障碍的防治效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore new targets and mechanisms of cognitive function and mental disorders after sepsis based on multi-dimensional and multi-level omics data. 2. Integrated clinical and omics data, using the advanced artificial intelligence technology to build cognitive function after sepsis and mental disorders early warning and decision support system, realize the cognitive function and mental disorders early identification, risk classification and decision-making guidance, to improve sepsis after the control effect of the cognitive function and mental disorders.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合sepsis3.0诊断标准；
2.年龄≥18岁且年龄≤80岁；
3.ICU入院时间＞24小时；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis3.0;
2. Age ≥18 years and age ≤80 years;
3.ICU admission time > 24 hours;

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁或＞80岁；2.确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者；3.既往存在或新发各种中枢神经系统疾病；4.已确诊为精神相关疾病；5.妊娠期、哺乳期患者；6.意识障碍、听力和视力受损等无法完成量表测试；7.研究者认定不适合的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years or > 80 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; 3. Existing or new central nervous system diseases; 4. Diagnosed mental illness; 5. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 6. Impaired consciousness, hearing and vision, etc., unable to complete the scale test; 7. Situations that the researcher deems inappropriate
