研究目的：

本项研究拟收集呼吸系统疾病住院患儿24小时的咳嗽音，同时结合部分临床症状，弥补既往研究的不足，应用人工智能算法建立儿童常见呼吸系统疾病包括喉炎、支气管炎、毛细支气管炎、肺炎和哮喘急性发作的算法模型，并进行相关临床场景建设，为今后模型在基层儿科门诊的推广，甚至走入家庭奠定理论和技术基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect coughing sounds of children hospitalized with respiratory diseases for 24 hours, combine some clinical symptoms, make up for the shortcomings of previous studies, apply artificial intelligence algorithm to establish algorithm models of common respiratory diseases in children, including laryngitis, bronchitis, capillary bronchitis, pneumonia and acute asthma attacks, and carry out relevant clinical scene construction, so as to lay theoretical and technical foundation for the future model in the promotion of primary pediatric clinics and even into the family.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄＞28天，≤18岁，性别和年龄不限；
2)临床存在咳嗽症状；
3)起病在7天以内；
4)入院诊断符合以下诊断之一，包括喉炎、毛细支气管炎、支气管炎、肺炎和哮喘急性发作；
5)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age > 28 days, ≤ 18 years, gender and age;
2) Clinical cough symptoms;
3) Within 7 days of the onset of the disease;
4) Admission diagnosis is consistent with one of the following diagnoses, including laryngitis, capillary bronchitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and acute asthma attacks;
5) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)不存在呼吸系统疾病；
2)接受机械通气或经鼻高流量治疗
3)存在气道结构性疾病包括喉软化、气管软化和气管支气管畸形等
4)存在慢性肺部疾病，气胸、先天性心脏病、免疫缺陷和接受长期口服激素或者免疫抑制剂治疗者；
5)近3个月接受眼部、胸部或腹部手术者
6)拒绝参加本项研究及未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There is no respiratory disease;
2) Receive mechanical ventilation or treatment with high nasal flow
3) The presence of airway structural diseases including throat softening, trachea softening and bronchial malformation
4) People with chronic lung disease, gas chest, congenital heart disease, immunodeficiency and treatment with long-term oral hormones or immunosuppressants;
5) Those who have undergone eye, chest or abdominal surgery in the last 3 months
6) Refusal to participate in this study and persons who have not signed an informed consent form.
