探讨母乳口腔运动联合家庭音乐疗法对早产儿喂养效果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of breast milk oral exercise combined with family music therapy on the feeding effect of premature infants

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胎龄＜37周; (2) 病情稳定; (3) 能经口喂养; (4) 入院时间为出生6h内; (5) 无消化系统异常或唇裂等先天性疾病; (6) 无听力异常或神经系统疾病; (7) 母亲产母乳正常, 无特殊感染或传染性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

(1) gestational age <37 weeks; (2) stable condition; (3) able to feed orally; (4) admission time within 6 hours of birth; (5) no digestive system abnormalities or congenital diseases such as cleft lip; (6) No hearing abnormalities or neurological diseases; (7) The mother's breast milk is normal, and there is no special infection or infectious disease.

排除标准：

(1)生命体征不稳
(2)合并其他严重先天畸形、神经系统并发症、先天性疾病、重度窒息、严重感染、其他严重合并症者（如坏死性小肠结肠炎）(3)父母患精神疾病、言语障碍或拒绝参与

Exclusion criteria：

(1) unstable vital signs
(2)Patients with other serious congenital malformations, neurological complications, congenital diseases, severe asphyxia, severe infection, and other serious complications (such as necrotizing enterocolitis)
(3)Parents with mental illness, speech impairment, or refusal to participate

研究采用简单随机抽样，按照预期样本量进行编号（1-90），在Excel中利用随机发生器产生90个随机数，将前1-30随机数分为对照组，第31-60随机数分为口腔运动干预组，第61-90随机数分为口腔运动干预联合音乐疗法组选定随机数字和组别按照随机数字从小到大排列，然后按照编号将对象分配到相应的组别中。将分配序列放入按顺序密封的信封内，符合纳入标准的研究对象签署知情同意书之后，研究者打开信封，记录组别。
