研究目的：

1 评价针刺治疗AD的临床疗效； 2 利用rs-fMRI技术，分析AD患者RSNs功能活动的损害特征； 3 揭示针刺对AD患者RSNs功能活动的调节作用，初步阐明针刺干预AD的脑功能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1 To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease; 2 To analyze the damage characteristics of RSNs functional activities in Alzheimer's disease patients by using re-fMRI technology; 3 To reveal the regulatory effect of acupuncture on the functional activities of RSNs in patients with Alzheimer's disease, and preliminarily clarify the brain functional mechanism of acupuncture intervention in Alzheimer's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 性别不限，年龄介于50岁到80岁之间；
2 确诊为阿尔茨海默病；
3 受教育程度为初中及以上；
4 右利手；
5 临床痴呆量表（CDR）评定为轻（1分）、中度（2分）痴呆的患者；
6 病情稳定，4周内未更改药物方案；
7 具有可信的监护人可以陪伴并辅助完成参与；
8 无药物、酒精、镇静剂使用；
9 患者及家属均知情同意，愿意加入本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Gender is not limited,50≤age≤80;
2 Patients are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease;
3 The education level is junior middle school or above;
4 The subjects are right handed;
5 Patients with mild (1 point) and moderate (2 points) dementia assessed by clinical dementia scale (CDR);
6 The condition of AD patients was stable and the drug was not changed with in 4 weeks;
7 Patients with AD who have a trusted guardian to accompany and assist in participation;
8 Patients with AD did not use drugs, alcohol or sedatives;
9 The patients and their families had informed consent, were willing to join the study, and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1 年龄在50岁以下，80岁以上；
2 无法明确诊断AD；
3 具有MRI检查禁忌症（携带心脏起搏器、人工耳蜗等电磁敏感的医疗设备）的患者；
4 意识障碍；
5 患有严重基础疾病或其他可能导致认知障碍的疾病；
6 患者不愿意或者无法按要求配合完成试验；
7 同期参加其他临床试验者；
8 有自发性出血倾向或损伤后出血不止的病症（如血小板减少性紫癜、白血病等）及局部皮肤感染不宜实施针刺治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 The age≤50 or age ≥80;
2 Patients who cannot be definitely diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease;
3 Patients with MRI contraindications (carrying electromagnetic sensitive medical equipment such as cardiac pacemaker and artificial cochlea);
4 Patients with consciousness disorders
5 Patients with severe underlying diseases or other diseases that may lead to cognitive impairment;
6 Patients who are unwilling or unable to cooperate to complete the test as required;
7 Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time;
8 Patients with spontaneous bleeding tendency or bleeding after injury (such as thrombocytopenic purpura, leukemia, etc.) and local skin infection who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment.
