研究目的：

研究不同介入治疗及保守治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后并发症（如迟发性脑缺血、脑积水等）的发生率、严重程度差异，以及不同治疗方式对预后的影响。分析发生并发症患者可能的基因背景及基因突变。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the differences in the incidence and severity of complications after subarachnoid hemorrhage (such as delayed cerebral ischemia and hydrocephalus) and the effects of different treatments on prognosis. Analyze the possible genetic background and mutation of patients with complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18-80岁确诊为蛛网膜下腔出血的患者；
2、具有完整的病历资料、影像资料；
3、采用保守或介入治疗方式。
基因分析研究
1、参与临床队列研究；
2、发生并发症和未发生并发症的蛛网膜下腔出血患者；
3、正常人对照组。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-80 years and diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage;
2. Compplete medical records and imaging data are available;
3. Use conservative or interventional treatment.
Genetic analysis research
1. Participate in clinical cohort studies;
2. Patients with and without complications;
3. Normal control group.

排除标准：

1、拒绝签署知情同意书；
2、合并其他严重疾病：如恶性肿瘤、心梗等；
3、合并其他血管疾病：如动静脉畸形、硬脑膜动静脉瘘、严重冠心病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to sign informed consent;
2. Combined with other serious diseases: such as malignant tumors, myocardial infarction, etc.;
3. Combined with other vascular diseases: such as arteriovenous malformations, dural arteriovenous fistula, severe coronary heart disease, etc..
